ISO 500 f/9 1s 1 SB-800 @ 50mm 1/1 power with shoot through umbrella camera left triggered with pocket wizard plus IIs.
The spinning wool was taken in a separate exposure and then blended together in post.

I had been wanting to try this and finally got a chance. I wish I could have found a darker place in my suburban neighborhood. It was also and extremely hot night to be burning steel wool and spinning it in a circle. Next time I try this shot, it will be nice if I can get an assistant and a model so I can do this in a single exposure.
